How do you keep your team’s morale high?
It is critical to put yourself in the shoes of your team, I have been there and know what they are going through. Your team wants to know that they have the unwavering support of management. You have to lead by example. I like to engage with my teams clients which helps them see a different approach and helps to build confidence.
Alright – let’s talk about marketing or sales – do you have any fun stories about a risk you’ve taken or something else exciting on the sales and marketing side?
Our company represented the developer of a super luxury condominium tower in Miami. We had an offer of $40M for two of the residences, one being the Penthouse which ultimately fell apart. It was very disappointing. However, it came back full circle when our investor group purchased the same Penthouse at auction. We are now offering it for sale at $29.5M.
We have a new company. The name is; Adamark | Forbes Global properties.
