Adamark Development Sales & Marketing Sales & Marketing, the leader in South Florida luxury condominium real estate, has named several executives to its team.
Eric Finkelberg joins Pordes as Senior Vice President of Operations. Michelle W. Johnson and Danielle Forte also have joined the company for their veteran sales expertise.
Eric began his real estate career at Bramalea Limited, a full service real estate development firm in Toronto, Canada, as the Director of Land. In 1993, Eric moved to Florida to join Four Waves Group, a mid-sized homebuilder as Vice President of Administration, overseeing the development and sales of eight single family home communities.
In 1998, Eric joined the Florida division of Toll Brothers, Inc. a high end luxury home builder, as Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development, and was responsible for all Florida land acquisitions and entitlements. In 2003, Eric was hired by Avatar Holdings, Inc., a Coral Gables based development company, as a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions.

Eric received a law degree from Osgoode Hall in Toronto, and is a licensed Florida General Contractor, a licensed Florida sales person and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Adamark Development Sales & Marketing also has hired several veteran agents to bolster its ranks due to continued growth in the high end condo market
Michelle W. Johnson has worked in Florida residential real estate sales since 2003. She currently markets Terra Beachside villas and The Fountainbleau III Sorrento in the sought-after Miami Beach market.
Prior to joining Adamark Development Sales & Marketing, Johnson was an onsite sales associate for Premier Sales and Marketing Group selling properties such as Sapphire, Radius, and Astor. She had various opportunities networking with some of the best agents of South Florida.
Johnson is a licensed broker/associate in Florida and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. She is REO-certified, and holds GRI and CDPE designations.
Danielle Forte is also marketing sales at Terra Beachside. She has lived in Miami for over 12 years and worked for top developers selling luxury real estate property such as Trump Grande, Trump Hollywood and The Peninsula I & II. She has driven multimillion-dollar sales and has been recognized as a top sales producer.
Forte is a solution-oriented person and accomplished strategist, She thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments.
